The device would be dispatched through a “Next Working Day” delivery service(no extra charge) so that it arrives by your start of hire date. You don’t need to select next day delivery or chose a special delivery option, we do this as our standard way of delivering packages to clients. Just place your order and we would dispatch it to arrive by the next working day(as explained above). But we recommend you place your order 1 to 3 working days in advance. |
How long does it take to deliver to any UK address |
Your assigned device would arrive on your start of hire date (excluding Sunday and public holidays) or may arrive 1 day in advance as a courtesy (when possible). Delivery company would normally deliver between 8AM to 2:30PM on the day of your delivery.
If your start date is a Sunday and we receive your order before our last dispatch on Friday, then your package will arrive on Saturday, else it would arrive on Monday.
If your order is received 1 day before your start date, your assigned device will be dispatched through a next working day delivery service (excluding Sundays and public holidays )

How do I return the device. |
The package includes a FREE return label (already paid by us) for posting the device back to us (on your end of hire date or earlier ) just by popping it into “any” post box in the U.K before you depart for the airport(if you were on a trip to the UK and now flying out of the UK).If you are not a UK resident and are departing the UK, please post it before you depart for the airport because the post boxes in the airport only accepts flat envelopes (for security reasons). There are red post boxes on almost every street in the United Kingdom, so you can put it into any post box before you go to the airport. Your assigned device needs to be posted back no later than the end of hire date.A late return fee is charged per day for each extra day the device is kept beyond beyond the end of hire date (Please see our rental agreement page for late return fees ) plus an admin charge. |
| Airport Pick-up option & Pickup from Local Storage location? | Airport collection needs to be ordered at least 3 working days in advance. If needed in 2 days or less, you can order for it to be dispatched to any UK accommodation address using a fast delivery service.
