CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
No refund (except your refundable deposit) is given if you cancel your order after the device has already been dispatched to you, your delivery address or to your pick up location (packages are normally dispatched 7 to 1 days before the start of hire date ). This is because we would already have paid our data supplier for your allocated data and also the device is no longer available for us to issue to an alternative customer.
If you request for a cancellation 8 (Eight) or more days before your start date (start of hire date) or before the package has been processed, your hire would be cancelled and partly refund. This is because the refund is excluding the none refundable transaction fee charged by the payment processing company we use and the cost associated with that transaction fee refund.
Refunds are issued 1 to 10 working days after the cancellation has been processed. You would not be refunded the transaction fee and any other cost we incur due to processing your order/hire transaction.
